Steven Gerrard
After putting rumors to rest about his future by staying with Liverpool, Steven Gerrard was spotted wearing the new Adidas Black/Blue Predator X’s in pre-season training.
Dirk Kuyt
Surprisingly, Dirk Kuyt has switched to the Predator X’s with the old PowerPulse technology from the Predator PowerSwerve’s. A number of star Predator players have been spotted using the PowerPulse technology instead of Powerspine on customized sole-plates.
Frank Lampard
Frank Lampard spotted in training wearing the Champions League Edition Adipure III which should go along perfectly with the new Chelsea Home Kit.
John Terry
Also spotted at the Chelsea training camp was John Terry who was wearing the While/Gold Umbro Speciali.
Darren Bent
Umbro’s star endorser of the Umbro GT Pro, Darren Bent was spotted putting the GT’s to the test in a pre-season friendly.
Jermain Defoe
Surprisingly, Jermain Defoe has opted for Lionel Messi’s special Chameleon Purple Adizero colorway. Unlike Messi and most of the Adidas F50 Adizero wearers, Defoe seems to prefer the synthetic upper.
Robbie Keane
Robbie Keane was spotted wearing the Blue/White K-Leather Total90 Laser III in a pre-season friendly in the United States.
Cristiano Ronaldo
Out of all the Mercurial Vapor Superfly II wearers, you would expect Cristiano Ronaldo to have access to a whole range of different colorways. Even ones we may have not seen before as he is the face of the Superfly line. However, he must have a great liking for the World Cup Elite colorway as he is one of the only professionals on contract still wearing them. Another thing to note about his boots is the customized sole-plate.
