Not a great morning for Italian supporters after their Euro 2012 loss, but here is something that could lighten your day! adidas and AC Milan have released their new Away and Third Kits for the 2012/13 season.
Adidas have stuck with the colors from previous AC Milan kits with the classic white away kit and black third kit. I think they have done a great job making the kit colors more generic and not taking the risk on a neon green or pink third kit that many brands attempt. Although both kits are the same color the graphic/design on the kits have changed quite a lot, and in my opinion have changed for the better.
The colors on the away kit are identical to the ones featured on last year’s, but the thin vertical red and black stripe has gone and now a big horizontal stripe is featured across the center of the kit. I believe it is a fantastic addition and looks brilliant. My favorite AC Milan away kit to date! Besides the stripe change the collar has changed from V-neck to round neck with a cool new design around it.
The third kit as mentioned before features the same colors but with a slight change in graphic. The Italian flag stripe across the kit is gone and now a painted looking Italian flag is placed above the adidas logo (which looks to be on a pocket as well). Besides those changes the AC Milan logo is now in regular colors and not in gold, along with the adidas logo.
Well, we like the new AC Milan Kits for the 2012/2013 season, what do you think?
