SER has already given you boot spotting images of the Adidas F50 Adizero Prime, however we can go one better. We have obtained leaked images of the boot in our effort to be the site that gives you info on soccer cleats before anybody else!
Boot Spotting of the Adidas F50 Adizero Prime
Just several months after the release of the Adidas F50 Adizero, pictures are already floating around the web of the new football boots from Adidas that will soon replace the original Adizero, the Adidas F50 Adizero Prime.From these images, the Prime does not look like it will be a massive overhaul from the current F50 Adizero, rather subtle changes and tweaks.
As you can see from these photos, the design of the Prime will be slightly different than the current Adidas F50 Adizero. The trademark 3 Adidas stripes on the outside of the upper will be a little shorter, while there is a whole new sub-design of stripes on the instep.
The details of the Prime’s release is a little cloudy; with reports of the boot being released January 2011 while others say Adidas will release the speed boot December 2011. If the boot is in fact just a slight remodel from the current F50 Adizero, then the January release is possible, however if it is an utter change from the original Adizero like the Adizero was from the F50i, then the December release is more likely. Another detail that isn’t clear for the Adidas F50 Adizero prime is it’s exact weight. Some say it will weigh 4.9 oz, which would make it the lightest soccer cleat ever, while others say it will weigh the same as the current Adizero model, at a very light 5.9 oz. Whatever the case, the Adidas F50 Adizero Prime’s release is imminent and will set the football world into a craze. What do you think of it?

I don’t get why adidas would do this haha. The adizeros are already good no need for a new version.
Frankly speaking, it’s really ugly!! I don’t know why replace the Adizero with this “prime” edition?? and it wont even attract much customers as it is not that impressive. And what will players do with such light weight?? It’s not about the boot! It’s all about the player!

In my opinion i think these were design sketches for the original adizeros, that they didnt use, that all.
new upper stitching on the leather new colourway and tongue not much improvement
the prime is adidas model of the elites.. every range of adidas boots will get it. it will have a carbon sole.. and it lighter
I cant see the point of creating an even lighter boot, because what if someone steps on messi’s toe with say a predator i mean owwwww it hurts enough already

Seems like there is 2 versions of the boots; 1 is called Adizero Prime (the one with coloured studs) and the other is Adizero II (black studs). If you also notice on the Adizero Prime F50 sign is on top of a black layer whereas the Adizero II is on top on an orang layer.

The adizero prime are different than the new adizeros. The new adizeros will consist of the F10 F30 F50 and F50 prime. The normal F50 will have the same weight as the previous model, but the prime will be lighter. The prime model is similar to nike “elite” line of cleats which consist of more technology than the base model of the main cleat.
