We take a look at how Nike’s and adidas’ control/power hybrid boots (who knows which is which these days…) and how the two stack up to each other. This is the first time we’ve recorded in our new studio, and we’d really appreciate any feedback you might have on the video. We’d also love to hear your thoughts on which boot you think is better.
I say in the video that I think the adidas Predator LZ wins out for me, but do you agree with me? Leave a comment below.

These 2 boots are like the F50 vs Vapor debate, it’s really a matter of opinion, there isn’t a better boot. Both are excellent, nice job.
Boy those Lasers look beat. Some of the swerve fins seems to have fallen off or rubbed away and that back stud is hanging on by a thread.
If I were ever able to play football again, I would go for the T90′s. They just seem to be more protective and a more sensible choice for a centre back. However, others will argue otherwise and I welcome those arguments!
I think it would have made more sense comparing the lz to the new ctr – as they are both control boots and were released about the same time (so you’re comparing nike’s newest stuff to adidas’ newest stuff)
Used both and therefore can tell james that both are great but the lZs win simply because the synthetic is immense in every way INCLUDING protection
as a winger I have to go with the LZ as my weapon of choice.
try cleaning the boots before you make these videos. I’m happy that you’re showing used boots and ate when people review brand new looking boots, but just wiping away a little dirt and stuff like that will make the video much more professional
