We thought we had seen it all when Everton’s bright pink away kit was released, but we were obviously wrong as Adidas have released Chelsea’s new shocking third kit.
If Chelsea’s bright colored away kit wasn’t your cup of tea, then you’ll probably feel the same way with this new kit from Adidas. Adidas seems to have been using completely unique colorways for the defending champions of the English Premier League and FA Cup, as the Black/Orange away kit and Neon Green/Blue/Navy third kit do not have anything to do with Chelsea’s heritage or previous kits in the club’s history. The kits will also feature adidas ClimaCool technology, a mixture of heat and moisture controlling materials, ventilation channels and 3D fabrics which improve air flow to the skin in the key heat zones.
On the field, the players’ kits will incorporate adidas’ cutting edge TechFit technology, to help improve speed, increased endurance capabilities and enhanced muscle focus. This works by stabilizing and focusing the muscles’ energy to generate explosive acceleration and deliver maximum power output.
