Comparison Images Nike CTR Maestri 360 II vs CTR Maestri 360 Elite

After our post on leaked images of the new CTR 360 Maestri II’s a bunch of you guys were confused to what exactly had changed between them and the originals. We went searching to find some more images and found these great comparison shots between the CTR II’s and the CTR Elites and hopefully they answer many of your questions (thanks to Siamboots for the images). Continue leaving your comments below of your impressions of the boots.

The size of the control pods on the upper seems to have changed, so too have the shape of the grooves.

The instep control pods have also changed, and it does look like they have T90-esque fins.

The fins are quite evident if you look at the very top of the instep passpad

  1. I don’t think that there will be a major difference except they’ll be a bit lighter, more comfortable, and have better control/touch. I don’t find these images that exciting, but at least it’s something. Does anyone have an idea of a possible release date?

Weigh more because new CTR360 II do not have carbon fiber sole, however, the old model if has carbon fiber sole.

Sorry if my english isn’t good.

It looks like they got rid of the memory-foam insert above the pass pad..unless it’s internal or something.

The heel look a little different as well: http://www.soccer.com/ViewProductImages.process?Product_Id=998884&Image=14880.FW2
I hope that Nike heard all of their wonderful customers about the soles tearing/ripping off from the upper as well as the loop on the tongue that holds the laces in place.
I just recently bought a pair in the blue sapphire colorways – love them – hope they last – Normally a Nike Tiempo III guy.

    Cheers!

The CTR360 ii he shows here aren’t the elite version, thats why they weigh more. The new elite version actually weighs less than the world cup edition.
