Iniesta Testing Brand New CTR360 Maestri III?

After Santos star Ganso became the first professional footballer to start wearing blackout versions of the CTR360 Maestri III, we were left wondering when we’d see the main man of the CTR360 series, Andreas Iniesta, testing out the new boots. It seems our questions were answered, as the playmaker has been spotted in some strange blackout boots. Thanks to good old Raffer for the nudge!

Now, we can’t say for sure if Iniesta is wearing some prototypes of the CTR360 Maestri III. It’s always very hard to tell with blackout boots, but considering the sighting of Ganso in some blackout boots were confirmed to be the CTR360 Maestri III, put that and the fact that Iniesta is the headline player for the CTR360 silo, and you can understand why we think Iniesta could be wearing the CTR360 Maestri III!

The next instalment in the CTR360 range is shaping up to be one of the boldest steps Nike have taken with it’s ‘Control’ boot. While the differences in the original CTR360 Maestri and the second generation are quite subtle, the changes in Nike’s latest concoction shows that Nike is ready to fight any impending threat that may arise from the control-minded Predator LZ. While we can’t give too much away, new technology, a redesigned material for the upper and a new design template are just some of the things we’re going to see on the new CTR360 III.

With the CTR360 III tagged for a launch in July, we know we can’t wait to get our hands on the new CTR360 Maestri III! What are your thoughts of the next boot in the CTR360 silo?
