After Santos star Ganso became the first professional footballer to start wearing blackout versions of the CTR360 Maestri III, we were left wondering when we’d see the main man of the CTR360 series, Andreas Iniesta, testing out the new boots. It seems our questions were answered, as the playmaker has been spotted in some strange blackout boots. Thanks to good old Raffer for the nudge!
The next instalment in the CTR360 range is shaping up to be one of the boldest steps Nike have taken with it’s ‘Control’ boot. While the differences in the original CTR360 Maestri and the second generation are quite subtle, the changes in Nike’s latest concoction shows that Nike is ready to fight any impending threat that may arise from the control-minded Predator LZ. While we can’t give too much away, new technology, a redesigned material for the upper and a new design template are just some of the things we’re going to see on the new CTR360 III.

I am a huge fan of the ctr so I’m pretty excited about this release, love the yellow colorway. will the III be lighter?
yes danny they are lighter. the stud configuration is different on iniestas boots than the ctr III as well. The shoe is lighter than the ctr360 II elite
Basically new pass pods on the instep, a redesigned 2.0 Kanga lite material, and a return to the Nike Interact style sole plate.
I’ve seen the III’s twice in person, and I can confirm they are amazing…..
lovin’ every single detail on these boots, except the colour way (it’s hideous) …………. nike seriously need to get more imaginative with there choice of colours!
Wow. I love these, especially the drop in the weight. This just might be better than my Vapors. Loving the colors.
I`ve seen the orange/black colourway of these ctr.And they look pretty cool!
bad pics… ganso’s boots were clearer. anyway, just google it and see it in all its ctr 3 glory…
