The Blue Samurai, in both the men’s and women’s divisions, performed admirably well last season in the Asian and World Cups, and they’ll be hoping to build on these performances in their new Japan 2012/2013 adidas Home Kit.

The Japanese national team has long been sponsored by adidas, and their navy blue home kits have become a trademark throughout the footballing world. This time around, the German manufacturers have made the kit a darker shade of blue and have a red pinstripe running down the middle of the shirt.

Set to be worn by players such as Shinji Kagawa, Yasuhito Endo, Yuto Nagatomo, and Makoto Hasebe, the Blue Samurai will look to exert their prior dominance on the world in 2012/13 in this new home kit.
