Manchester City 2012/13 Away Kit

Manchester City and Umbro have teamed up for one last time to produce the club’s striking new away kit for the 2012/13 season. Check out the home kit!

Unveiled by celebrity super fan, Noel Gallagher, and captain, Vincent Kompany, the away kit takes inspiration from the shirts worn in the 1956 FA Cup final during which Manchester City beat Birmingham City 3-1.

Designed with a v-neck collar, the away kit’s colour scheme is primarily maroon and yellow. It’s a big change from last year’s away kit which featured black and red stripes, as this years is certainly a lot more classy.

Like the home kit, the away kit features stretch sleeves to enhance mobility and comfort as well as an elastic colar.

We reckon Umbro have done a fantastic job on City’s latest away kit by producing a stylish, retro looking kit. What do you think? Leave your impressions in the section below.
