Following the success of the Trinity 3E, Pele Sports have unveiled its latest boot, the Pele Sports 1962 Redeemer.
The 1962 Redemeer is an entry level boot, featuring a calfskin leather upper. The original Pele Sports 1962 was one of three boots initially released by the American company. While it was a solid boot, we found that it was a bit on the heavy side.
The 1962 Redeemer has been designed with pressure dissipation channels for the best possible absorption of any incoming force. The boot has an EVA midsole as well as a multi-density TPU outsole.
Pele Sports have also introduced anatomical flex zones, an internal heel counter and a padded lining to ensure the best comfort possible. The release colourway of the 1962 Redeemer is extremely similar to that on the Trinity 3E K-Leather and makes for a very smart looking boot.
The 1962 Redeemer will come in four versions, FG, SG, HG and Artificial Turf. The turf versions will be a little different from the other three as they will feature a abrasion resistant material on the front of the boot while the heel and mid-foot will remain calf leather. The 1962 Redeemer have a RRP of $130 US.
No word on if we’ll be seeing other higher end Redeemers, but you can be sure that if others are released you’ll be able to find them here on Soccer Reviews! For now, are you liking Pele Sports’ latest boot? Leave your impressions in the section below.

I am going to love giving these a try. I am on a budget and wanted the look of the Trinity 3E K but not the price. Going to get them.
they make pele sports galileo for less and they look exactly like the trinity 3e k
Nice boots!
Pele always make quality and innovative boots, but they’re just so damn ugly!!
Please get the Pele Sport Galileo! soooo hot!
Oh look an Adipure
I’m not so sure about the quality. Plenty of reviews online where players are finding Pele cleats are starting to show signs of separation from the sole. They are made in Vietnam which is worse than made in China. There is a review online of the new 3EK whihc is like their most expensive boot and the review said after a few sessions playing on natural wet grass he is seeing signs of separation. I think I read it in Bryan’s review.
