Puma King SL: Blue/Dandelion/White

Puma have released the latest colourway for its super light, kangaroo leather boot, the Puma King SL.

The latest Puma King SL in the blue/dandelion/white is the closest thing we’ve seen to a flashy colourway on this k-leather speed boot. Maintaining the same overall look as the classic Puma Kings, the King SL is a slimmed down version of the boot worn by the likes of Diego Maradona.

In our review of the boot, I had nothing but positives to say about the King SL, and to this day they are still my favourite boot of all time. The thing that makes the SL stand out from the rest of the pack is the sheer comfort the boot provides.

Spec wise, the King SL feature a k-leather upper, a modified, lighter heel counter, and a form stripe that is now integrated into the upper, rather than being a separate layer. Arguably the most noticeable change is the removal of the iconic fold over tongue as a way to reduce the overall weight of the boot.

The Puma King SL in blue/dandelion/white is available from October 1st. Will you be getting your hands on this colourway? Why or why not? Leave your comments in the section below!

    that music ruined it

I don’t care for it. This type of colorway is fine on the evospeed but not on the King.
