Whether Wayne Rooney is looking for luck in a new colorway or experimenting with the Elites again, there is no way we can tell what boots he will be wearing for Manchester United’s s first game of the Premier League season this weekend. Why? He has been seen wearing three different boots in the space of one week!

The biggest shock of all was Wayne Rooney’s first training session after the Community Shield match with England. He was spotted wearing the World Cup Elite colorway. Rooney had a very disappointing World Cup in those boots, so I’m wondering why he possibly would switch back into them. Could England’s kit/boot man have mixed up Wayne Rooney’s boots or is he trying to grow accustom to the Total90 Laser Elites?
